Some Changes

Hi Everyone!

Well it's been a crazy last few weeks for me. First hurricane Sandy hit us and I was without power for 5 days! Then we got hit with a snow storm. Then one of my kitties past away. I was feeling a bit sad so I decided to change my decor.

This is what my piano looked like before.

Then Halloween was right around the corner so I put up my Halloween village that my kids love so much.

We were hit with hurricane Sandy so the the governor postponed Halloween until the following Monday. So I decided to change it up a bit.

Remember my grandmother's glass that I turned into a candle holder, well I turned it upside down and turned it into a lamp.

Here are a few more pics of my fall decor. Just so you know this stuff is all gone and I've already started to decorate for Christmas. I usually wait till the Friday after Thanksgiving but I decided my family and I needed a little Christmas Cheer.

Last but not least a pic of my kitty.
Love You Always Midnight.

Thanks for stopping by.
Lucia

  1. Oh, so sorry you lost your buddy. I have three cats now, but still miss my Oakley everyday, we had him for years and years. I love your decorations ! Favorite part, how you put those little pumpkins up on (candle holders?) Love all your colors ! Happy Fall Jules ~
